SIMPLE FM TRANSMITTER RANGE – UPTO 3 KM



FM TRANSMITTER RANGE – UPTO 3 KM
             This F.M Transmitter has 3 RF stages. A variable frequency V.H.F. Oscillator, a class C.R.F. driver and a class CRF amplifier with harmonics filter. Block diagram of transmitter is shown below .

             Power supply is 9 to 12 volts dc. RF output power is 150 mill watts. With telescopic antenna (75 C.M) range is up to 1 K.M . Range can be extended upto 3 KM, BY USING multi element yagi antenna having dipole, reflector, director elements.

               Frequency of transmitter can be set within 88-108 MHz F.M band by adjusting the first trimmer. Adjust output trimmer for maximum range of transmission.

              To power  this transmitter user 12 Volts battery. Do not user mains derive supply.
               Suggested Yagi antinna design using aluminium rods is shown here. Use 75 ohm Co-axial cable between transmitter and antenna. Inner wite of cable is connected to output of transitter and braid is connected to ground of P.C.B.

Do not switch on transmitter without connecting proper antenna.

HOW TO REPAIR CFL BULB



CFL BULB  does not glow

 

CFL BULB REPAIRING TUTORIAL
 

Check TP1 AND TP2 ac 230 v comes to bridge rectifier or not.
When comes  230 v ac  then check TP3 AND TP4 300 v dc in filter capacitor C4 3.3 uF /400v .
If not coming then check bridge rectifier  and C4 .
When  comes 300v dc  , then check  TP 5  here around 125-150v dc is coming.
If not coming then check  Q1,Q2-  MJE 13001, R1,R3 – 1 Ohems, R2,R5 – 20 Ohems and its related component.
After 125v DC coming in TP5 if CFL BULB not glow then check CFL TUBE two side coil, and chopper tranfermer.
After this tube already glow , if does not glow then see this tube starting point only glow in low light but not complete not glow then, check  C3 2n2/630 v is shorty.
Replace this C3 and you done.

WHEN WE GET FINAL SIGNAL AFTER CONTROL ROOM 200 MTR AHED CONNECT A ANATHER AMPLIFIER FOR RESON, GET BETTER SIGNAL FROM 200MTR WIRE LOSSES.
OUT PUT FROM FIRST AMPLIFIER GAIN =90 DB , SLOPE = 95 DB
AFTER 200 MTR THIS CABLE LOSS ABOUT GAIN 20= DB, SLOPE = 25 DB
SO RESULT WE GET NOW GAIN- 90 DB-20 DB = 70 DB
                                                SLOPE- 95 DB- 25 DB =70 DB
NOW HOW TO INCRESE THIS SIGNAL GAIN
THIS INPUT GIVE TO NEW ONE AMPLIFIER
AND ADJUST THIS GAIN SLOPE CONTROL UNTIL OUT PUT
                                                                GAIN – 90 DB, SLOPE – 95 DB
AFTER THIS, THIS PROCESS WILL CONTINUE FOR EVER
MEANS EVERY 200 MTR DISTANCE CONNECT A AMPLIFIER
