Sansui SY-14 SUPER Eye horizontal line

Fault - vertical not working
I am already change
vertical ic -78040
Croma ic - 8823CPNG5KG5
Memory ic - 24C16
Finnally I found that croma 8823CPNG5KG5 pin no 44 (5v) supply absence
Trace to ckt and transistor V805  D400 is defect.
Change it and now problem solved.
